ABOUT SPORTSMED Foundation

Founded on April 4th, 2024 in Douala, Cameroon, SportsMed Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing athlete health through sports medicine, healthcare, and research.

The Foundation operates within the legal framework of Cameroon and is officially registered under Reg. No. 00664/ARDA/JO6/SAJPA/APPB, in accordance with Law No. 90/053 of 19th December 1990 on freedom of associations.

Through a multidisciplinary approach, SportsMed Foundation works to improve athlete health, enhance performance, and promote safe participation in sports across communities. Our activities are structured around three core pillars: sports, health, and research.

Vision:

To become a leading reference in sports medicine and athlete health across Africa.
